Jerry's identifies the foundations needed to set the tone for a successful negotiation by identifying objectives of all parties, must-haves, weaknesses of the offer, leverage and once that is accomplished, he teaches you how to apply the knowledge you discovered together. . 

What will this 20 minute intro include?

A beginner's intro into negotiations. You'll have an opportunity to speak with an expert negotiator on some of your own contract-related challenges and receive some tips and strategies to come out with the best possible result.

Jerry was a corporate executive who negotiated contracts for a living, he worked as a Federal Banking Regulator, and has published one book and is working on his second book.

He builds classes around the audience so that it answers their question of "What's in it for me?" Jerry has presented in front of large audiences and keeps the messages on point. He invites interaction to ensure that the session can deliver the optimum results.

Jerry is a writer and holds three insurance licenses and a real estate broker's license. He works as an Insurance Inspector assessing a wide variety of businesses and properties. He lost a his net worth in the crash of 2006 but survived and is still rebuilding.

 

In his spare time Jerry rides a chopped motorcycle and has taken up skiing once again. He enjoys spending as much time with his sons, daughter-in-law and granddaughter whenever he can.
