Grounds for data collection
Processing of your “Personal information” (meaning any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means) is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you, the provision of our Services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

For how long do we retain the information that we collect?
We retain the information that we collect from Users for as long as needed to provide our Services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements (unless we are instructed otherwise).
