His focus is on helping identify what is important for understanding the managerial and business aspects in a specific case with an emphasis on business considerations.

George Kastner is an internationally recognized strategy and operations consultant who focuses on helping companies plan for the future either to expand, turn around their operations and/or design for succession.
Dr. Kastner’s expertise lies in consulting on strategic issues, expanding business models, talent strategies to match the business, executive coaching (C-suite), strategic implementation, process operations, reputational risk management and planning for generational succession in a variety of industries with recent concentration on service organizations, managing start-ups, and family-owned businesses.
During the last decade, Dr. Kastner has helped improve the management, succession plans and governance models of several small and medium-sized family-owned businesses and other privately-held companies He is currently the CEO of First GTK, LLC, the parent company of REDITUS International, Inc., both founded by Dr. Kastner.
Dr. Kastner is formerly the President of Arthur D. Little Latin America with over 200 consultants in five countries; Senior Vice President of Arthur D. Little, Inc. and Co-Director of Key Clients worldwide where he concentrated on management consulting, executive education management and MBA teaching. He was recognized by the Venezuelan government with the highest award for his contribution to education and talent development in the country. He was also publicly recognized at IESA and HULT for his exceptional evaluations by students, and on classroom success and etiquette. He was co-director of the NOMOS project at the Harvard Centre for International Affairs (CFIA), a member of the organizing committee of the Santa Lucia Group in Venezuela, and for nine years was the Arthur D. Little delegate to the World Economic Forum.
George has resided in six countries (the Middle East, Europe, North and South America), worked in 25; taught in six; is fluent in four languages and has working knowledge of three more. He currently serves on the Board of three firms in Venezuela, Colombia and the USA.
Dr. Kastner has a PhD in Operations Research and Systems Analysis, a MSc in Operations Research and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, cum laude. He is currently working on a book about Global Management Practices.
